Return Guidelines
At AzuMD Skincare, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with an eligible product, we’re here to help.
Return Eligibility
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products where more than half of the product has been used
- Customizable or personalized products
- International orders (once international shipping becomes available)
Eligible products may be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
Returns & Refunds
If your return is approved, you may choose between:
- Online store credit, or
- A full refund for the product purchase price
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Refunds are issued for the product cost only
If multiple return requests are submitted, the account may be flagged for review. AzuMD Skincare reserves the right to cancel future orders if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
- The product must be returned in its original packaging
- Bundles or regimens must be returned in full; partial returns will not be accepted
- Products returned beyond the allowed timeframe will be refused and sent back to the original shipping address
AzuMD Skincare reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet these requirements and to properly dispose of products that fail inspection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. AzuMD Skincare does not cover or reimburse return shipping fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as AzuMD Skincare is not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.
Processing Time
Once your return is received and approved at our facility, your refund or store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days. Confirmation will be sent to the email address associated with your order.
